The North Central Washington Business Loan Fund is a non-profit, charitable organization.  Its purpose is to:

• Promote and support community development and diversification, entrepreneurship and business expansion;
• Increase employment opportunities;
• Improve the quality of life for area citizens;
• Improve or prevent the deterioration of economically distressed communities in North Central Washington;
• Promote and support enterprise development for the benefit of economically and otherwise disadvantaged people.
